Doc Magilligan’s Restaurant & Irish Pub:
Whiskey Flight Initiative
We were tasked with crafting a brand story, logo and visuals for the restaurant’s latest whiskey flight initiative and refreshing existing marketing collateral.
Since the success of the whiskey flight initiative we continue to work with the client in executing not only the whiskey flights but in refreshing their branding across multiple platforms and products.
Goal
To rebrand Doc Magilligan’s “Whiskey Club” to appeal to a broader demographic through storytelling, new logo and visuals. The intent was to brand the whiskey experience as it’s own entity that would fit in seamlessly with the company’s current brand identity. To provide the client with mockups to be able to visual how it might be used in marketing and retail material.
Our approach
As our client Doc Magilligan’s has Niagara’s largest selection of whiskies from around the world, we decided to create the character “Aviator Doc” to allude to this point. This character is featured prominently across all materials and in the logo. To impart a sense of adventure and excitement we created a story about each flight and it’s journey for the varying criteria and price points.
